Training and Placement Department

Patel Group of Institution’s Placement Cell is the most important unit where young student’s future career is given a shape; efforts are made to help the students to place them in suitable industries/organizations. It is our constant endeavor to stay in touch with organizations that who are recruiting young students through campus interviews. Regular training followed by campus selection recruitments are held to ensure that all eligible students have an offer in hand before they graduate from the Institute. This is a regular feature of PGOI. More than 80% of eligible students are placed in most reputed companies. The PGOI also conducts proper training of students to groom them for interviews before they appear for the campus or off campus interviews.

Successful placement for each student at Patel Group is as a result of a very systematic interaction with the industries & continuous counseling to the students. Workshops on career counseling business etiquettes, personality developments, group discussions, interview skills, verbal & nonverbal corporate communication skills etc. are included in the training.

Patel Group of Institutions helps the students in meeting their career aspirations by inviting various companies for campus recruitment. The Group has a full-fledged& dedicated “Training &Placement Cell”, which interacts with the industries and essentially keeps the students informed about the requirements and developments in different industrial sectors regarding career opportunities available for the students. Close(ON)Campus and Open(Off)Campus are held for the campus selection
