Rules for Campus Placement

  • The Placement facility is available to all the students registered with the Training and Placement Cell through the Online/Offline registration. Any student who does not register within the stipulated date will not be permitted to participate in the process.
  • Acquisition & managing the latest data of the students is the combined responsibility of the T & P cell & the students themselves. Hence every student is required to check the status of his/her latest data with the T& P cell.
  • Once the placement process is initiated the students may attend the presentations made by the company and make their decision to attend the selection process. Once they have opted for attending the process of the company they will not be permitted to drop out at any stage of the process.
  • Students are required to keep their Identity cards with them at the-time of appearing in the selection process and shall produce the same on being asked for by either the selection team member or the placement cell team.
  • Any student who has been selected by the company through a close campus will not be permitted for attending the next close campus unless & until the difference in the offered packages is Rs. one lakh or more. Once 85% of the students of a particular branch are placed, a second opportunity may be provided.
  • In case of a student opting for the second job and getting selected, he/she has to submit a letter of regret (for the first organization) to the T&P cell in the specified format immediately on getting the second offer.
  • Students are advised not to contact directly the selection team members at any circumstances for placement purposes without seeking permission of the T&P cell.
  • Placement office takes the responsibility of centrally receiving offer letters, distributing and dispatching the acceptance letters to the companies
  • The offer letters need to be sent to the Placement office for handing over to the students. Offer acceptances (from the students) received, will be sent to the company by the Training & Placement Cell.

Students have to submit their data Form as per the instructions given below

  • Kindly download the Data Form & fill it properly, as the information will be printed in your profile. Take a print out of properly filled Data Form & submit it to the Placement Cell as soon as possible.
  • Attach photo copies of mark sheets of l0th, l2th, Diploma, Graduate and Post Gnduate all semesters (as applicable) etc. with latest copy of resume & 4 copies of latest colorcd photognph.
  • Other than this please submit soft copies of scanned mark sheets 10th, l2th, Diploma, Graduate and Post Graduate all semester (as applicable)etc., digital photograph, soft copy of properly filled Data Form & soft copy of latest resume in a CD.
  • write your enrollment number & Name on the CD. Note that photo should not be scanned, kindly submit digital photograph only.
  • Note that we will not entertain those students who do not submit above said material before due date. They will not be eligible to participate in any kind of placement activities.

No-Dues Certificate will be issued after completion of the degree & declaration of final semester examination results.

I Step

To get the No-Dues Certificate from Training & Placement Cell, student must register himself / herself on www.patelcollege.com ALUMNI. A simple online form is given there, which should be updated time to time.

II Step

Student must submit a FRESH Data Form to Training & Placement Cell, mentioning result of Final Semester Exams & all the attachments, as specified in the Data Form (Attachments already submitted need not to be submitted again). Soft copy as mentioned in the Data Form should also be submitted with the Hard Copy of the Data Form.

III Step

Receive Your No- Dues Certificate.

All students attending interviews are requested to keep in mind the following points without fail:

  • Report at the placement center 15 minutes before the interview starts.
  • Keep an updated copy of your resume with you.
  • Keep sufficient number of your documents lcertificates/ photographs (with spare copies) ready and arranged in order.
  • Unless specifically asked to report later, students waiting for their turn should wait patiently at the placement centre and not loiter about. You alone will be responsible if you miss yourinterview.
  • Present yourself in neat and ironed formal dress and polished formal shoes. Nails ought to beclipped.
  • If a candidate who has forwarded his resume for a particular company decides not to appear for the test/interview, he/she should inform the placement center as ioon as possible. Thia will not only enable the placement center to give an accurate estimate to the.o-puny of the number of people appearing, it will also help other students who would otherwise miss out on a good chance.
