Bachelor of Engineering/Pharmacy
Admissions to Engineering courses are through MPPET /PEPT Examination. Allotment of seats is on the basis of merit ranking through counseling process. On-line availability of allotment letter is provided and then reporting is done at the allotted Institution after up gradation.
After taking allotment letter students are required to contact to admission cell for document verification (specially qualifying mark sheet at document section). As per AICTE rules i.e. 50% in PCM/PCB for UR, and 45% in PCM/PCB marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates are required. For verification students have to bring their following original documents as well as two set of photo copy of the mark sheet.
10th mark sheet. (For all categories).
12th mark sheet (For all categories).
Transfer certificate.
Character certificate.
Caste certificate (For SC/ST/OBC).
Income certificate. (For SC/ST/OBC).
Domicile certificate. (For SC/ST/OBC).
04 photos. (For SC/ST/OBC/UR).

M.E./M.Tech./M.Pharm.
A candidate seeking admission to M.E. / M.Tech. courses should be a Graduate in Engg./Technology with at least 50% marks, where as candidate seeking admission to M. Pharm. courses should be a Graduate in Pharmacy with at least 50% marks. Candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC (excluding creamy layer) categories of Madhya Pradesh with at least 45% marks. Bachelor’s degree of minimum four years duration after passing Higher Secondary 12th of (10+2) system or equivalent, should have been obtained from any AICTE approved institution or Indian University or from a foreign University recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or institute recognized by the AIU as equivalent thereto. An entrance test "GATE" (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) Organized by Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs); "GPAT" (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test ) Organized by All India Council of , shall be conducted for admission to M.E./M.Tech./M.Pharm. Courses.

MBA COURSE
A candidate seeking admission to MBA should be a Graduate with at least 50% marks and 45% marks in case of SC, ST, OBC category of Madhya Pradesh in aggregate of any UGC/AICTE approved Indian University or from a foreign University recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or institute recognized by the concerned University as equivalent thereto. The Bachelor's degree must be of minimum three years duration after passing Higher Secondary (10+2) examination of (10+2) system or equivalent. An entrance test MET test, shall be conducted by VYAPAM for selection of candidates for admission to Management courses. The test shall have the following components:
Written test (WT) 80% marks
Group Discussions (GD) 10% marks
Interview (I) 10% marks

MCA COURSE
A candidate seeking admission to MCA Course should be a Graduate with at least 50% marks and 45% marks in case of SC, ST, OBC (excluding Creamy Layer) category of Madhya Pradesh in aggregate of any UGC/AICTE approved Indian University or from a foreign University recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or institute recognized by the concerned University as equivalent thereto. The Bachelor's degree must be of minimum three years duration in any discipline with Mathematics as compulsory or an additional subject at Higher Secondary (10+2) level. An entrance test Pre-MCA-2012, shall be conducted by VYAPAM for selection of candidates for admission to MCA course |

Mark sheet of qualifying exam.
GATE/GPAT/MET/Pre-MCA test score card.
Caste and domicile certificate on prescribe format of Govt. of. MP (for candidate of SC/ST/OBC).
Two recent pass port size photo graph.
Certificate of handicapped.
A candidate claiming reservation under OBC category have to produce is certificate issued by the competent authority of Performa 2 (A) or 2 (B) as given in the rule book. The candidate should bring an income certificate regarding his/hers family income from the competent authority.

Process After Counseling
Admission shall be done through Counseling on the basis of common merit lists and shall be done through Counseling on the basis of the common ranking list. No separate call letters shall be sent to the candidates.
After having selected the Seat/Institution, the candidate shall have to report in the concerned institution before the cut-off date, which will be mentioned in the admission slip issued by the Competent Authority at the time of counseling. In the institution where candidate is selected, candidate shall have to complete all formalities and he/she shall pay the remaining amount of fees etc. in the institution where he/she is admitted within seven days of issue of admission slip. All the candidates shall be required to pay the fees in the institution as per the rules of Government of Madhya Pradesh as applicable to them on the date of admission. |
